About Me

Welcome to Positive Vibes LLC

Hello, my name is Tracy, and I am the proud owner of Positive Vibes LLC, located inside the magical Soul Shine at 80 N Mountain Blvd, Mountain Top, PA. My journey is driven by a deep passion for helping others and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.

Since 2013, I have been sharing my love for yoga, guiding practitioners of all ages and abilities. I am certified in Shin Somatics Yoga, along with several other specialized types of yoga instruction. My goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

As a certified Usui / Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher, I aim to provide balance, vitality, and relief for clients with diverse needs. I am certified to attune all levels of Reiki and take joy in teaching and mentoring students. Whether you are new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner, I am here to support your journey. 

Sound Healing has become one of my greatest passions. I hold several events at Soul Shine and throughout the community to share the transformative power of sound. In collaboration with Empowered Wellness Solutions LLC and Nikki O'Malley, Master Kambo practitioner, we offer the unique healing experience of Kambo Sound at Soul Shine.

I take pride in being a military spouse and a graduate of Crestwood High School, alongside my husband. We reside in my family home in Mountain Top, and I am passionate about giving back to the community. As an active member of the local Auxiliary Mountain Unit 781, I volunteer my time teaching free community yoga during the summer.
